Covid-19 - Shipping Delays/Availability

Due to Covid-19 and Shipping Delays, stock availability may differ from the website.  We apologise for this but we will keep you updated as much as possible.  If you wish to check on availability please contact us at sales@paulas.co.nz.

Not all stock on this website is available for viewing in our stores. Please ring or email the store first if you would like to view the product prior to ordering or visiting our stores, to avoid disappointment.

Delivery Fees

For clearance items, hot buys, rural delivery or remote* addresses:   additional delivery charges may apply.  If this is the case we will contact you. 
*Remote:- this means remote, according to our furniture freight companies who charge us extra to go off their normal routes 

Prices, Products and Services

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax. Please note that we reserve the right to alter the prices at any time for any reason.

Prices are subject to change and do not include display accessories, options and may not include delivery.

With respect to items sold on Paulas Website, we do not confirm the price of an item or the delivery timeframe until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Website may be mispriced.  We reserve the right to cancel any order online or instore - due to pricing errors on the website.  We will always contact you once an order has been placed to confirm the price and delivery timeframe and ensure that you are 100% happy.

Products, Availability and Assembly

While we aim to ensure that information on this website is correct, sometimes errors do occur for which we apologise. Some items may require self-assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications or pricing. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.

Flatpack

Some items may be despatched straight from our Suppliers and may arrive in Flatpack form and will require assembly.   If you would like to know whether an item will require assembly please contact us at sales@paulas.co.nz.  

Floor Stock

If you purchase Floor Stock items, an additional delivery charge may be incurred for out of town, as they will not be boxed and are assembled. We will discuss this with you.

Product Pictures

All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

If any product has PU:  Polyurethane (PU) Cover is a man-made product that can give much of the look and feel of traditional leather at a great value price.

Price Beat Guarantee

To be eligible for "Paulas Price Beat Guarantee" the purchase must take place within 7 days of the lower price having been advertised. 

The product must be immediately available to be purchased and delivered within 7 days.

The price must be the final price in New Zealand dollars. The final price is inclusive of any delivery charges, service or handling fees, taxes and any other charges associated with the delivery of the product. 

The product must be identical in brand, colour, size, and model to the Paulas product.

The product must be available for sale in New Zealand, by a retailer operating in New Zealand, either in a store or online.

The product price must not be part of a closing down sale, liquidation sale, wholesale offer or commercial quantities.  The quote must be in writing from the other retailer.
