Genuinely positive experience with Paula's Home and Living. They price matched a dining table with a store in Auckland, and even helped me unpack the item so I could fit into my car (as I hadn't gotten the packed dimensions right). Their showroom is incredible, and they have a great range of products from a massive variety of suppliers, cannot recommend enough.

We had excellent service from Jo at Paula’s when purchasing a new bed, she was super helpful and gave excellent advice.

Enquiries for clarification were very prompt and to the point. Time schedules were met precisely. A great balance of efficiency and friendliness. Packaging was taken away after delivery which was so helpful.

We only went looking! But after the awesome customer service we recieved from Ursula we ended up buying, was told 3wks for delivery, came in 2wks, when looking for furniture we shall always go to Paula's first
