The sofa bed is excellent - attractive, functional and a great price. But the absolute stand out is the superb customer service. The frontline person was on the ball with an email reminder that sale pricing was closing. And the delivery appeared at the agreed date and time. Great team and great product. Will happily purchase from Paulas again.

Paula's Store in Paraparaumu is well worth a look. They have a large collection of beautiful furniture to browse (and buy). Had to order my dining chairs which arrived and were delivered promptly. A lovely team of helpful people. Will definitely shop there again.

The sofa is beautifully made and is tough enough to withstand 4 kids, 3 cats and Mum. Good size too. This is the most comfortable sofa I have sat on and looks stunning. The service from the team at Paulas was second to none. Excellent communication and item was delivered with care. We were so impressed we've ordered more furniture from them.
