I went to a Paula’s needing help to buy a bed for an elderly family member. I was assisted straight away and offered a few different choices of beds and mattresses or a bed on clearance that just happened to be perfect for my father in law. The service was totally amazing. I felt like I was being heard and was asked lots of questions so they could help me with specific needs. Paula’s is definitely going to be my first choice for any homewares. The delivery was made easy as I had missed a few calls from the guy organising times and days but he left a couple of clear messages and the delivery guys were bang on time. They were very careful, were courteous and explained everything and showed me how to use the remote, and asked if I had any questions. Fantastic 100% service thank you to all involved from sales people to the guy leaving precise messages to the delivery guys!! Thank you!

I purchased a sofa bed from Paula's online, they then rung to discuss my requirements, gave me a very favourable freight cost - Paraparaumu to Whangarei. I was given a three week delivery date but they came in well under that. The product is excellent, very happy indeed.

Jo and the team were fabulous helping us decide which pieces to select for our space and the delivery was perfectly timed. They even removal of the wrapping which was wonderful.
