Where are you located?

Paulas is at Paraparaumu. We also have two Bedsrus stores in Porirua and Lower Hutt.

Can you Price Match?

Yes. Being locally owned and operated we want your business! We’ll beat anyone else on price for the same or similar product, so please shop with confidence that you are getting the best deal from us.

If my items is "Pre Order" can I pay a deposit now?

Yes you can pay a 20% deposit to secure your favourite item. Contact sales@paulas.co.nz and we can help you with this.


Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver nationwide. Rural/Remote areas may incur an extra charge. You can contact us at sales@paulas.co.nz if you would like to check your address.

How do I check on delivery costs?

We have a Flat rate delivery charge for North Island and South Island. You can view our Shipping Policy here: https://paulas.co.nz/policies/shipping-policy

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on what you’ve ordered, as some items will need to be ordered from our Supplier.  We will let you know when you place your order.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Yes. You can pickup from Paulas Kapiti for free - or Pickup from our Bedsrus Lower Hutt and Porirua stores is $20.

How can you help us to decorate our home?

We have our very own Design Service, because a little professional advice can make a big difference, which is why we’ve created Paula’s Design Service.

We bring you this service with a select group of independent designers who will spend up to an hour or two helping you bring your vision alive.

And best of all, when you next purchase from Paulas Home & Living (over specified amounts) – we’ll refund the total cost of your consultation.
