I recently bought a bed from you, which even though half price was a big investment for me.  I just want to say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with all members of your very nice and efficient staff, right through to the delivery boys.  I went in yesterday with some questions and to confirm my choice.  I can’t remember the first gentleman that helped me, except to say he was very good and then Craig arrived back on the scene through whom I had bought the bed and so chatted with him too and again it was such a pleasure and reassuring.

I would say  (and I am in my 80’s) it would rank right at the top ticking all the boxes for a ‘good feel experience’.  Thank you.

I would like to extend my congratulations on having such a stellar team in Paraparaumu (and Levin). You are doing something very right at your shop - and you should be commended highly. 

I was in on Saturday 22 February, after having just been to your shop in Levin, where I had read you were having a clearance. We are currently moving house and I am trying to upgrade some of the tired pieces of furniture in our home, as budget allows. I thought that I would have a look around and see if I could find anything that might fit our new space. 

I found a fabulous dark wood king single bed frame and matching bedside table for my 13-year old's new bedroom for a super price, and thought that I should also find him a suitable mattress to complete the deal. Tui assisted me in Levin - and went out of her way to accommodate what I explained I had been hoping for. After helping me in your Levin shop, she suggested that I return to Paraparaumu (where I live) to shop at your larger shop. 

And so I did. 

Well.

Judy and Chris were quick to drop what they were doing and help me find EXACTLY what I needed. Not only did I find the perfect chiropractic bed to fit the new frame, she helped me to find a second frame, bedside table and chiropractic bed for my second son, two beanbags, a new Klimt-inspired bedroom lamp for me, and all the fabulous trimmings that come with the mattresses. 

The customer service was bang-on, the attention I received made me feel like I was the only one in the shop (I wasn't), and Chris listened to what I needed even when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Both women shared their professionalism, expertise, opinions, and lovely senses of humour throughout what could have been a tough shopping mission. 

Your team are diligent, attentive, professional, and kind - that goes a heck of a long way when I went into see them with only a vague idea of what I needed. 

I appreciate the way that I was made to feel in your shop - like a very important person worthy of time and attention and consideration. Chris even helped me lug my goods out to the car. :)

I will say, hands down, when I need ANYTHING for my new house, however big or small, I will come to Paulas first to see if you can accommodate me. I will also suggest your shop and world-class staff to my friends, family, and co-workers. 

I believe strongly in spending in one's community before throwing money outside of it - even if that means paying just a little bit more for the same service or product. 

As a communications professional, I know the value and importance of grooming and maintaining one's reputation and you, your shop, and your staff are testaments as to how to do this effectively. 

Keep up the brilliant work. 

Your staff seem very happy - which was the first thing I noticed upon entry to your shop. The rest was just fabulous professionalism and knowing their stuff exceptionally well.

Thanks so much for the finest shopping experience in a good long while.

We don’t do social media so cannot give feedback via that channel but we would like to say that we have received delivery of our latest purchases with the Paraparaumu outlet and as usual we have had excellent service. 

The team there are very friendly, know their product and are most helpful.  We are always kept up to speed about where things are in the order process if the item is not held in stock and has to be ordered in. The delivery guys are careful, courteous and nothing appears too much trouble in locating items to their designated place even if it means helping to move existing furniture.

We have used the store for a few years now and know that if we require good quality items that will last for many years at a good price, where nothing appears to be too much trouble then Paulas is the place to go on the coast.

Paula's paraparaumu is the best .  Craig is awesome he provides help, service ,advice and free tea and coffee and biscuits. nothing is too much trouble for him or his team .
forget the rest visit Paula's they are the best . I cannot stay away from that shop I love love it . have recommended a few people and they all are addicted to Paula's now too.

I came in with my Mother over the weekend and purchased a bed, headboard and drawer base at the Harvey Norman Centre in Lower Hutt.

I wanted to let you know that Raewyn was fantastic in her customer service and very helpful she had great knowledge of product too. I had looked at and was keen on another bed package elsewhere but decided to purchase my bed package through your branch purely because the service and friendliness I was given was excellent.

I also met Allan and Tim and they were very good and knowledgeable as well.  The three of them work well as a team together.

We will more than likely do business through Beds R Us in the future.  My mother is keen on another bed and I have told friends and family to go there if they want good service.

Thanks again and I look forward to my delivery in a few weeks when it is ready.

I am a newcomer to Paraparaumu and was amongst the group who attended the function on Weds night. I enjoyed all parts of the evening and felt it really worthwhile. Thank you for the drinks, nbibles, speakers and discounts! (I am going to become a Red Angel as a result of the Life Flight presentation)

But I also want to say how impressed I am by the store. The range of stock is impressive but stock is not enough to make a great business. The important part of your business is your staff!! My first contact was with Carolyn who managed a good balance of effective customer contact without being pushy! She (and the others I have met since) are friendly, relatable helpful people. Well done everyone.

Outstanding service by staff, cheerful, nothing too much trouble, walked the extra mile for me and I got what I needed at a fraction of the price quoted elsewhere. Waiting for a hip replacement was tired when I walked into the store, but came out rejoicing, they treated me like the Queen.

I would like to praise the employees at your Paraparaumu store. We recently purchased several items from there and had dealings with three or four of your staff all of whom gave wonderful service from the young men who delivered a sample chair, Chris who hauled couches, chairs and fabric samples around the store so we could envisage them in our home, to the follow up calls advising us the order had been placed and then that the couches and chairs had arrived practically on the date as quoted. The fact that someone called us to see if we were happy with your product and service shows your company has confidence in your procedures. Well done.

We are delighted with the quality of the upholstery and we are enjoying our new furniture especially as the whole purchase experience was so positive.

I would just like to compliment Craig on his fantastic service and product knowledge he gave us on both Saturday and Sunday.  We came in to buy a bed and he was amazing. We haven't bought a bed for years so had no idea how different they all were.  He took the time with us to explain the different options, told us to take our time.  We went away on Saturday and looked at two other retailers, they didnt have a patch of knowlege or service that Craig gave us.  We went back to see him on Sunday, (he remembered our names) and we purchased the bed.
 What we liked the best Craig asked us "what we wanted out of a bed".
We have had a staff training exercise this monring at my work place and I have used Paulas as a great service story.

Your Labour Day w/end Advert in Kapimana News has reminded me. This should have been sent about 12 months ago!! Your receptionist/seller rang me 3 times to see how my chair was going - but I was always not home and didn't get to return the call...

About this time last year my family bought me an electric chair from your firm.( don 't know the name but it wasn't a Lazyboy) Had only come onto the "floor 2/3 days - AND was still Sale Price... I am short, shrin king and 91 in January. It was bought for my 90th birthday. I find it very good as I can lift the seat to where I want it and it fits my small frame. I can work it better than a Lazyboy as I have Arthritis in my hands.

Probably no one remembers now but I wish it to be recorded that I find it just GREAT - recommend it to anyone with similar disability. And your follow-up was very good - appreciated.
