Fantastic service

We were in at the weekend with friends who were buying a corner couch. I noticed a very cuddly cushion! Once I got to the counter, the lovely sales lady remembered there was a matching throw, perfect! What struck me most was with my very small purchase is that I received 5 star service 🌟 Thank you Paula’s, we’ll definitely be back.

Helpful staff, quality products that really last. The delivery team is outstanding. They come exactly when they say, unwrap and place furniture where you want it, then take away the packaging. The current sale has some very good reductions on pretty much everything in the store.

I just wanted to say thank you to Allan who was really helpful last Sunday when I arrived unsure of what i was looking for apart from a comfortable chair. He listened and directed me to one which I decided was exactly what I wanted and within my budget. He was otherwise engaged when I came back to pay for the chair as the store was super busy, but the manager was happy to help This is not my first purchase at Paula's and probably not my last.

I have always found the staff pleasant and helpful and have no hesitation in recommending a visit if you want the chance to see a wide range of furnishings and beautiful objects with some quirky bits and pieces at affordable prices. They know their product and have good ideas.

The service is always so good. Their products are beautiful. We also had a lovely coffee and dessert at their.Dessert Counter. Very pleased with everything.

What a. Awesome place and great prices. I always thought that being able to pick your own fabrics and wood finishes were options for the rich - but not at Paula’s!! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and they have fabulous stuff - will be back

Absolutely love this furniture store, not only do they sell beautiful things but their customer service is by far the best Ive ever experienced. Caroline is very professional, excellent to deal with and ensures everything goes smoothly. You can definitely buy with confidence from this store. Love the bedside cabinets.
