The Timber

Fabulous staff and delivery guys
Love love love my chair

I've recently purchased an outdoor suite and couldn't be more impressed with the service in-store and on a follow up visit by Jo. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and just made my shopping experience easy. The outdoor suite is also excellent 😊

Great people that got us the right result.

Had an awesome experience with Paula’s , extremely happy with my bed that I brought and the delivery guys were awesome and so accommodating. Exceptional service by all involved. They all went over and above. Thanks so much

Awesome experience today. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It’s refreshing to walk into a store and experience great service from every person. They know their products well and Carolyn sold my wife and I the perfect outdoor chairs.

Delt with Carolyn most of the time when making purchases for our new home. Highly organized and competent . Totally recommend.

Top class service from Carolyn Morgan spent the time advising and showing some great ideas working with two people that had no idea what to look for and how it all when together AAA+++ service

Great, comfortable lounger in a nice colour - looks perfect next to the pool.

Paula’s couldn’t have been more helpful. 11 years ago they helped me find two very comfortable beds. Recently I was trying to find two small furniture care products. Paula’s had them, and got them to me quickly, even though I am not in Kapiti now. I was shopping online, but the service was personal.

Alan provided me with excellent service. I'd highly recommend Paula's home and living if you're in kapiti

Awesome to finally find these in a stackable design. Great delivery service too!

Very happy with purchase - there was an explained delay with the order - I was kept fully informed at all times and item arrived in perfect condition - excellent business to deal with

I love my new sofa, staff are absolutely amazing and the delivery guys carried the sofa in and unpackaged it all for me, amazing experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great communication and professionalism too.

Have also purchased the hall table in this range, they are beautiful pieces. Fantastic quality, solid and a lovely timber finish. Paulas were wonderful to deal with, super fast delivery and furniture was packaged well.

This company went way and beyond to find what I wanted to buy when I inquired all over New Zealand for the product and could not find my peony fur faux pillows, Caroline found these for me, she was so amazing and I felt very excited and grateful

Would definitely recommend shopping with this Company, as I would not hesitate to seek any homeware interior that I need for future ideas with her.

Thank you again Caroline

Cheers Kim
