I purchased a sofa bed from Paula's online, they then rung to discuss my requirements, gave me a very favourable freight cost - Paraparaumu to Whangarei. I was given a three week delivery date but they came in well under that. The product is excellent, very happy indeed.

Jo and the team were fabulous helping us decide which pieces to select for our space and the delivery was perfectly timed. They even removal of the wrapping which was wonderful.

We bought the Mazons Bunk Single over Double for a nature conservation project and it is very attractive. Caroline's customer service was amazing, efficient, warm, professional and supportive of our conservation project. Thanks Caroline! Great service!

The sofa bed is excellent - attractive, functional and a great price. But the absolute stand out is the superb customer service. The frontline person was on the ball with an email reminder that sale pricing was closing. And the delivery appeared at the agreed date and time. Great team and great product. Paula's Store in Paraparaumu is well worth a look. They have a large collection of beautiful furniture to browse (and buy). Had to order my dining chairs which arrived and were delivered promptly. A lovely team of helpful people. Will definitely shop there again.
