I came in with my Mother over the weekend and purchased a bed, headboard and drawer base at the Harvey Norman Centre in Lower Hutt.

I wanted to let you know that Raewyn was fantastic in her customer service and very helpful she had great knowledge of product too. I had looked at and was keen on another bed package elsewhere but decided to purchase my bed package through your branch purely because the service and friendliness I was given was excellent.

I also met Allan and Tim and they were very good and knowledgeable as well.  The three of them work well as a team together.

We will more than likely do business through Beds R Us in the future.  My mother is keen on another bed and I have told friends and family to go there if they want good service.

Thanks again and I look forward to my delivery in a few weeks when it is ready.

Paulas Furniture always has the most dynamic options available. Innovative and creative and very generous with offers to her customers. Love Paulas Furniture. An exciting business. I would never buy furniture without checking this store out first.

I am a newcomer to Paraparaumu and was amongst the group who attended the function on Weds night. I enjoyed all parts of the evening and felt it really worthwhile. Thank you for the drinks, nibbles, speakers and discounts! (I am going to become a Red Angel as a result of the Life Flight presentation)

But I also want to say how impressed I am by the store. The range of stock is impressive but stock is not enough to make a great business. The important part of your business is your staff!! My first contact was with Carolyn who managed a good balance of effective customer contact without being pushy! She (and the others I have met since) are friendly, relatable helpful people. Well done everyone.

Paulas store is always a delight to visit. The displays are well designed with thought given to matching accessories, which provides one with ideas for your own home. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy unlike in other stores.   Paulas' prices are competitive with the large retail stores.

Salesman went to a lot of trouble to assist me to select the right bed for my needs. I appreciated the right to change the mattress within 30 days.

Outstanding service by staff, cheerful, nothing too much trouble, walked the extra mile for me and I got what I needed at a fraction of the price quoted elsewhere. Waiting for a hip replacement was tired when I walked into the store, but came out rejoicing, they treated me like the Queen.

I would like to praise the employees at your Paraparaumu store. We recently purchased several items from there and had dealings with three or four of your staff all of whom gave wonderful service from the young men who delivered a sample chair, Chris who hauled couches, chairs and fabric samples around the store so we could envisage them in our home, to the follow up calls advising us the order had been placed and then that the couches and chairs had arrived practically on the date as quoted. The fact that someone called us to see if we were happy with your product and service shows your company has confidence in your procedures. Well done.

 

We are delighted with the quality of the upholstery and we are enjoying our new furniture especially as the whole purchase experience was so positive.

We would appreciate it if you could pass on our gratitude to the staff at 'Paulas' Paraparaumu.

Hubby and I went furniture hunting today in Kapiti and Wow what an amazing experience at Paulas Furniture Epihia St Paraparaumu. The welcome in store was warm and sincere ........complimentary coffee / notepad and pen.......the personal service to die for. The shop floor is beautifully designed and furniture and accessories displayed to the highest level.....great prices/choices..... Hence 2 happy customers with several purchases.....this showroom is a must view....Well done Paulas Furniture.

I would just like to compliment Craig on his fantastic service and product knowledge he gave us on both Saturday and Sunday.  We came in to buy a bed and he was amazing. We haven't bought a bed for years so had no idea how different they all were.  He took the time with us to explain the different options, told us to take our time.  We went away on Saturday and looked at two other retailers, they didnt have a patch of knowlege or service that Craig gave us.  We went back to see him on Sunday, (he remembered our names) and we purchased the bed.

 What we liked the best Craig asked us "what we wanted out of a bed".

We have had a staff training exercise this monring at my work place and I have used Paulas as a great service story.

Your Labour Day w/end Advert in Kapimana News has reminded me. This should have been sent about 12 months ago!! Your receptionist/seller rang me 3 times to see how my chair was going - but I was always not home and didn't get to return the call..

About this time last year my family bought me an electric chair from your firm.( don 't know the name but it wasn't a Lazyboy) Had only come onto the "floor 2/3 days - AND was still Sale Price... I am short, shrin king and 91 in January. It was bought for my 90th birthday. I find it very good as I can lift the seat to where I want it and it fits my small frame. I can work it better than a Lazyboy as I have Arthritis in my hands.

Probably no one remembers now but I wish it to be recorded that I find it just GREAT - recommend it to anyone with similar disability. And your follow-up was very good - appreciated.
