Well, it's official – we've hit a massive milestone! Paulas Home & Living has been in business for 20 years, and honestly, we're still buzzing about it. Two decades of helping Kiwis create beautiful homes, and we couldn't be more grateful for the journey.

Recognition That Means Everything

This year has been extra special because we've just been nominated as finalists in the Retail NZ Service IQ Customer Service Experience of the Year Award. Getting this nod from the industry is pretty humbling. It's a reminder that all those late nights, the extra effort to get things right, and our commitment to putting customers first actually resonates with people.

But let's be real – we've had some incredible wins over the years that we're seriously proud of. Back in 2021, we absolutely smashed it at the Electra Awards. We walked away with not one, not two, but three awards: the Top Retail Award, the Innovation Award, and the Business of the Year Award. That was a night we'll never forget!

And before that, in 2017, we were recognised with the Medium Business Excellence Award at the Electra Awards. That same year, we also won the Home and Garden Show’s -Transform Your Space Award.

In 2014, we received the Retailer Top Shop Award for the Home and Style Category, and in 2013 we were honoured with the Electra Small Business Excellence Award.

Each of these wins has meant so much to our team because they represent the hard work and dedication everyone brings to the table every single day.

From living room lounges to dining sets, outdoor furniture to complete home solutions, we've been committed to excellence across the board.

The fact that we've managed to maintain this level of service and innovation over 20 years, while staying true to our roots as a Kiwi business, is something we're genuinely proud of. And with NZ-wide delivery, we've been able to reach homes from one end of the country to the other.
